We are excited to open a brand new café in Westford, MA, and are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Manager to lead our team. At Tropical Smoothie Café, we believe that eating better leads to feeling better, and we are seeking someone who shares our passion for healthy living and unparalleled hospitality.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to each and every customer
- Manage and train a team of crew members to meet brand standards
- Oversee food preparation and assembly, maintaining sanitation practices
- Set up and monitor workstations, ensuring a smooth flow of operations
- Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
- Follow safety and security policies to ensure a safe environment for all customers and staff
