Job description

RWS Global  is a full service, worldwide production company that provides the very best in custom-designed as well as pre-packaged events and live shows for corporations, theme parks, cruise ships, resorts, and the fashion industry. Location : Various theme parks around the US Dates : Now - September 15th Essential Duties : Create / update Set Dressing and props lists with the guidance of Jenna Snyder Provide creative & design input for project. Create / update procurement ordering and shipping documentation for project. Artistically arrange set dressing to create the immersive environment with the guidance of Set Dressing leads and design documentation.  Install Set Dressing and props with the Team. Minor Scenic painting techniques to create the immersive environment.  Secure all items so the space is safe for guests and performers. Submit Daily progress reports and photos to the RWS Team. Final Dressing design and build must be approved by Jenna Snyder , with photos submitted for approval. Provide RWS with a document outlining links to any purchased items for future use. Provide Documentation of to do lists and set dressing guidelines. Supply completed expense reports to the Project Manager with receipts attached. Reimbursement for any expenses cannot be made until RWS receives fully reconciled expense report and all receipts. Provide one on site person at venue to install set dressing and complete any needed prop repair. All props and set dressing to arrive at venue no later than August 8th 2024 . Shipping of all items must be included in the overall budget.  Employee understands that any behavior or actions that damages on-site locations (including green rooms, dressing rooms, or other site property) during the contract term, install / load-in or strike / load-out will be subject to penalty or fine. Any transportation / shipping of prop / set dressing items, prior to shipment to venue, must be included in the overall budget. Complete all duties to the satisfaction of the Company. Follow the Company chain of command. Follow all given RWS and Client infectious disease control and safety protocols as may be necessary. Adhere to all RWS Handbook guidelines and travel guidelines, including dress codes and codes of conduct. Other duties as needed.
