Schedule Details / Additional Information :
- 1500-2330 Monday- Friday
- Help Facilitate Internal Aurora Transfers telephonically
- Will perform Tele Intake (telephonic or Video) assessments for patients in the ER that have a Behavioral Health Consult. Triage with appropriate on Call MD, along with taking and entering orders.
- Help Facilitate Non-Aurora Transfers telephonically, assessing documentation, MD triage, taking and entering orders.
- Take Triage calls telephonically for patients looking for inpatient to see if medical clearance is needed prior to the patient arriving to the hospital for an assessment.
- On occasion preforming assessments for out patient programs and triaging that assessment with the MD for recommended level of are and scheduling the patient for program.
