In partnership with our client, a leading global device manufacturing company, we are actively searching for Call Center Agent to deliver on our commitment to serve patients.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct in / outbound calls to notify potentially affected facilities.
  • Maintain appropriate level of confidentiality and a high level of professionalism.
  • Adhere to provided script and messaging protocols.
  • Data entry and management within provided database.
  • General clerical duties
  • Perform research to schedule remediation trips for recalls.
  • Polite and professional phone demeanor
  • Applies knowledge and skills to complete own work.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Use of SAP and Salesforce (plus but not needed)
  • Working knowledge of the medical / hospital setting required (plus but not needed)
  • Experienced handling escalated / unsatisfied customers required
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office : Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Detail-oriented, well organized and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • The potential base pay range is from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience.

    Willing to work 7am to 3 : 30 PST but also flexibility if hours change.

    The potential base pay range for this role is $20-$23 per hour.
