    • Lakewood Dental Arts is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team . Were looking for a long-term team member someone who is responsible, professional, and outgoing , with strong multitasking abilities and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate enjoys working with both adult and pediatric patients and thrives in a team-oriented environment.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Answer high-volume incoming calls professionally and efficiently
    • Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately based on provider availability
    • Check and respond to emails in a timely and organized manner
    • Verify insurance eligibility (ELG checks) and document information
    • Communicate clearly with patients regarding dental procedures and treatment plans
    • Communicate effectively with the front office team to ensure smooth scheduling and patient flow

      • Qualifications :

    • At least one year of experience in a dental office or call center role
    • Knowledge of dental procedures, treatment planning, and insurance plans is required
    • Strong understanding of HMO / PPO dental insurance, eligibility checks, and terminology
    • Prior experience with Open Dental software is a plus
    • Excellent phone etiquette, organizational skills, and attention to detail
    • Dependable with a commitment to long-term growth and consistent attendance

      • Office Schedule :

    • Monday Thursday : 8 : 30 AM 5 : 30 PM
    • Friday : 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

      • This is a full-time position.
