We are hiring for two key roles : Customer Accounts Representative and Customer Care Representative . Candidates must be open to either position and will be cross-trained across departments.

This position is located in Irving, TX and is a fully in-office role.

Customer Accounts Representative

  • Monday – Friday

8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

  • Two late nights per week (11 : 00 AM – 8 : 00 PM; never on Friday)
  • Every other Saturday (8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM)
  • One week per month : 7 : 00 AM – 4 : 00 PM with Saturday 7 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM
  • Light collections role : calling customers who are 1–29 days past due
  • Assist customers with :
  • Adding credit cards

  • Updating expired payment methods
  • Enabling auto-pay
  • Resetting passwords
  • Heavy collections handled by another department
  • Customer Care Representative

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM & 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM

  • One Saturday per month (8 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM)
  • Answer inbound calls from customers regarding :
  • Account assistance

  • Payment options
  • Title requests
  • Website login issues
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–2 years of professional work experience
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Experience in :
  • Call center or customer service

  • Data entry
  • Financial services or account management (preferred)

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of IRVING, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50 / hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
