Job description

D Aceto Services LLC is seeking a friendly and motivated Call Center Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Assist customers with order processing, account inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
  • Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and assist with training new associates when required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
