Job Description :

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative for a contract-to-hire role with our client in the medical industry, located in Lakeland, Florida. This position offers a competitive pay rate of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour and is available for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Key Responsibilities :

Communicate with patients to verify prescriptions and provide assistance.

Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Address patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure patient needs are met.

Follow up with patients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer service experience, preferably in the medical industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
