Position : Call Center Representative

Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls from customers across the state, providing exceptional customer service and addressing inquiries promptly and scheduling appointments
  • Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring accurate coordination between customers and our job assigners throughout the state
  • Perform light office duties, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
  • Utilize basic computer skills to navigate software and communicate effectively with team members
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle a high volume of calls and appointments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 1 year of call center experience, demonstrating proficiency in handling various call center operations and customer service protocols
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in standard office software and the ability to learn and effectively utilize software
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions, showing empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills when dealing with customers of diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, allowing you to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detailed note taking abilities and exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional Multitasking Skills
  • Previous Dispatch experience a plus
