Description
IQ Ventures is looking for experienced Call Center Support Representative to join our growing Internet Lending Team. The Internet Lending Team is equipped to provide outstanding client support through their lifecycle. As a Call Center Support Representative, you will take inbound and make outbound customer calls, listening attentively to identify challenges that our various financial solutions can help resolve. Your biggest win will be securing new business and offering superior service. And since we promote top talent, you can expect ongoing training and development to truly succeed in your career.
This is an in-office position located in Dublin, Ohio. Our next training class starts Monday, February 3rd.
We are hiring 9 ambitious customer service representatives ready to receive best-in-class client support training to propel their career!

Shifts will be scheduled within Contact Center hours of the below possible shifts :
Monday - Friday 11 : 00am - 7 : 30pm
Monday-Friday 12 : 30pm to 9 : 00pm
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 9 : 00am to 6 : 45pm and Saturday 10 : 00am to 1 : 00pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9 : 00am to 6 : 45pm and Saturday 10 : 00am to 1 : 00pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 10 : 00am - 7 : 45pm and Saturday 10 : 00am - 1 : 00pm
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10 : 00am - 7 : 45pm and Saturday 10 : 00am to 1 : 00pm
Starting hourly rate of $17.00 per hour
Essential Functions and Responsibilities :
Uphold our customer-first culture by providing exceptional client support. Guide customers in finding the best financial solutions to meet their needs by staying knowledgeable across our various brands and product offerings. Track and document key customer information with accuracy using proprietary systems. Handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards. Ability to maintain a full-time work schedule with regular attendance, including weekend hours, is required for this position.
Requirements
Key Qualifications and Skills :
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- At least six (6) months of customer service experience
- Willingness and desire to learn from team members in real-time and instantly put constructive feedback into practice
- Ability to serve customers throughout the customer lifecycle with professionalism and discretion
- Ability to work with little direct supervision or oversight
- Call center experience
- Ability to work and train on-site
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) applicants are highly encouraged to apply
