If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment and building rapport with others, this is the role for you.
No prior experience in Insurance? No problem! This is the perfect opportunity to transfer your experience to break into a new industry. Youll have the opportunity to grow your knowledge and youll benefit from additional avenues for growth and advancement. We will teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Process customer policy change requests.
Take premium payments from customers.
Answer incoming phone calls.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
Maintain knowledge of new products and services.
Generating insurance quotes, if licensed.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of customers over the phone.
Requirements
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication / interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must have ability to multi-task.
Professional phone etiquette.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Problem-Solving Capabilities.
A Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
