Description :
Responsible for taking daily calls from new patients
Verifying insurance on the front end, answering any non-urgent questions, working with doctors to maximize schedules, and eventually training to help triage any optical issues
Partnering with Doctors to assist in the scheduling process
Will take 80-100 inbound calls per day
M-F standard business hours
On-site in Fort Collins
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED.
Payrate of $19 / hr for candidates bilingual in Spanish.
1+ years of call center experience.
Prior healthcare experience preferred but not required.
Experience Level : Entry Level
