Department : Customer Service

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while addressing their inquiries and concerns. As a Call Center Agent, you will engage in active listening to understand customer needs and effectively communicate solutions, all within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Document all interactions with customers in our database systems accurately.
  • Process orders and manage customer accounts as needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy during all interactions.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computers and familiarity with customer service software.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with poise and professionalism.
