Under direct supervision provides direct patient interaction while assisting with meal selections, nutritional supplements and snacks within the prescribed medical nutrition therapy guidelines prescribed by the physician over the phone or in person.

Preferred Qualifications :

Associate's Degree Food service science and nutrition or related field.

1 year in a health care facility food service operation.
