Job Description
ThinkTell Junction is looking for a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, or service-related issues.
- Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer satisfaction surveys, or sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
- Provide product and service information to callers.
- Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and quality standards.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly call handling targets.
