Job Description

ThinkTell Junction is looking for a customer-focused Call Center Agent to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and assist customers with inquiries, orders, or service-related issues.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups, customer satisfaction surveys, or sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
  • Provide product and service information to callers.
  • Adhere to call center scripts, policies, and quality standards.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call handling targets.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is a plus.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining professionalism.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
  • Problem-solving ability and patience when dealing with customers.
