About the Role

The team are looking for a proactive and experienced Call Center Manager to lead their customer support team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, fostering team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of call center agents to consistently exceed performance metrics.
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
  • Analyze call center data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Address escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage call center budgets, staffing, and resource allocation.

Key Requirements :

  • Proven experience in a call center leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team engagement and development.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with call center technologies and tools.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
