We're looking for a Call Center Manager who knows their way around a dialer like Vicidial and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty to keep things running smoothly. If you've got a background in sales or customer service, and you've been in the trenches as a supervisor in a call center, this could be your gig.
We're a medical services company, but don't expect us to be all corporate and buttoned-up - we're about results, hustle, and real talk. We need someone who can manage a team, write killer call scripts, and keep the energy high on every shift.
