Purpose / Summary
Are you detail oriented and enjoy working on a team? Then the TRIO Data Assistant work-study position is perfect for you!
TRIO Educational Opportunity Center (EOC), is designed to assist limited-income and / or first generation students and community members. As a TRIO Data Assistant, you will ensure that participant records and inputed correctly into our data system and kept safe and secure.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, auditing, organizing, maintaining and filing TRIO- EOC participant records; retrieving information; preparing mailings. Assist EOC Administrative Coordinator in preparation on the Annual Performance Report. Prepare information for fairs and booths. Making copies and delivering items and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Quick learner, self-motivated, ability to work independently or in a team setting.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to interpret written instructions.
Reliable, ability to maintain confidentiality, ability to do same task on a day to day basis.
Supplemental Information
Will gain knowledge in regards to grant funded programs.
Learn how to use Microsoft Office.
Gain communication and organization skills.
Gain data entry and auditing experience.
Any- Great for 1st job- will help gain office work experience and development.Business / IT / Health Care- Use work-flow processes and procedures.
