About the Role :

Job Title : Campus Recruiter

Job Description : Responsibility :

Recruiter role requiring the ability to quickly onboard high-caliber candidates.

Strong recruiting background combined with program management experience.

Expertise in sourcing top-tier candidates, including those from tech, military, and technical backgrounds.

Proficiency in Tech Stack is essential.

Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Ability to thrive in a high-volume recruitment environment and adapt quickly.

Experience in campus recruiting, high-tech recruiting, and intern hiring is preferred.

Familiarity with hiring SDE interns and understanding of IT technical hiring needs.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Boolean search techniques.

Must Have :

Recruits, interviews, checks references, makes offers, and conducts orientation for new employees.

Performs exit interviews and processes change of employee status.

May require a bachelor's degree in an area of specialty and 0-2 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.

Works under immediate supervision.

Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Location : Seattle WA 98109 (100% Onsite)

Salary Range : The salary for this position is between $50K- $55K Annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
