We have an exciting opportunity for another Retail Regional Manager to join us on our journey to transform our bold ambitions for the Missouri medical and recreational cannabis market into a reality.

Our Regional Retail Managers will work as a team to oversee our retail locations. This is a full-time non-exempt position with a starting salary of $80,000 / year.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Oversee operational compliance across all assigned locations, ensuring adherence to company policies and state / local regulations;
  • Act as the primary liaison between dispensary locations and corporate leadership to ensure seamless communication and alignment of goals;
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide operational support;
  • Collaborate with the Director of Retail Operations to develop and execute strategic plans that drive regional success;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge;
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to store General Managers, fostering their professional growth;
  • Ensure that all stores maintain high standards for employee training, customer service, and operational efficiency;
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with General Managers, offering constructive feedback and actionable strategies for improvement;
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on regional sales metrics, profitability, and expense management;
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets for all locations;
  • Monitor customer feedback and work with store teams to address concerns and improve satisfaction.

Requirements :

  • 7+ years of multi-unit management experience in retail, hospitality, or a related industry;
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive success across multiple locations;
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and compliance protocols;
  • HS Diploma or GED;
  • Passion for cannabis;
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Must be 21 years of age or older;
  • Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID by the start date, which may include submitting fingerprints and passing a criminal background check.
  • Preferred, but not required :

  • Familiarity with Missouri cannabis laws and regulations;
  • 3+ years of experience in the cannabis industry;
  • Familiarity with regional market trends and customer preferences;
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred;
  • Environment :

    This position requires the ability to reach, bend, stoop, sit, and stand, and carry and lift to 30 lbs. The work environment is an environmentally controlled retail store. This position may require traveling up to 50% of the time.
