AUTOMOTIVE SALES CONSULTANT

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is customer focused, and is excited to use social media and digital platforms to generate leads and close deals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchase process from inquiry to delivery
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, both in-store and online
• Proactively generate leads through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Create and share engaging vehicle content (photos, videos, walk-arounds, stories, reels)
• Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and social media
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features and benefits clearly
• Work closely with management and finance to structure deals accurately
• Maintain CRM activity and follow-up standards
• Ensure a professional, positive customer experience at all times
