Job Title : Rental Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the Onsite Agent team at TPA Airport. The candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the vehicle return process, ensuring adequate staffing across shifts, and overseeing the performance and training of agents. This role requires cross-functional collaboration with both our and partner teams to ensure seamless operations while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage shift schedules, adjust staffing levels, and coordinate with HR for coverage.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, address process bottlenecks, and collaborate with internal and partner teams.
• Train and onboard new agents, monitor team performance, and provide ongoing coaching.
• Review and approve weekly hours for payroll accuracy, and monitor overtime compliance.
• Handle escalated customer issues and system-related problems, and escalate when necessary.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and labor laws, and manage the use of PPE.
• Submit weekly operational reports on performance, staffing, and challenges.
• Oversee the availability and maintenance of necessary equipment and supplies.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, Florida.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
