Job Description :

The Car Sales Lot Attendant is responsible for facilitating the inventory process for strong omnichannel sales, including lot organization, reconditioning process, photography, and delivery. Ensure all incoming vehicles are properly checked in, triage new inventory as it enters lot, work closely with reconditioning vendors, and oversee the efficiency of the process, maintain proper internal inventory controls and work with fleet team to maintain target inventory levels. Develop and maintain proper lot organization to facilitate efficient processes, oversee proper vehicle merchandising, create visual factory. Photograph all eligible car sales vehicles, ensure proper upload of photos and appearance online, work dashboard and follow-up on rejected photos or unprocessed pending, conduct pre-photo inspection of vehicles to ensuring that it meets Hertz reconditioning standards, work with local team to have any vehicle defects corrected and support lot organization to develop a productive photo process and ensure vehicles are delivered within time SLAs.

Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent Car Sales Experience, valid Drivers License, capable of delivering support and results, able to succeed in a global matrix organization, goal oriented, identify and support business needs.

Candidates must have a valid driver's license, must be at least 20 years of age and have flexibility in scheduling which may include night's weekends and holidays. Shift schedules are assigned according to operational needs so interested candidates must be able to work any assigned shift.

Internal candidates must have satisfactorily completed their probationary period and have excellent attendance and job performance.
