Shifts : 24-hour call plus inpatient rounds
Duties : About 1 case per day + potential emergencies.
- TAVR days are on Wednesdays. Will be supervising 1 PRN CT Surgery APP
Typical / Required Procedures : Adult cardiac surgery, trauma, ventricular aneurysmectomy, general thoracic surgery, Coronary artery bypass surgery, CABG on pump, valve repair and replacement, maze on pump, maze minimally invasive (mini maze)
Patients per shift : 14 patients / day for clinic; 6 patients / day for hospital
License : Iowa (will not accept IMLC)
EMR : Cerner
