Summary

The Care Concierge (CC) role plays a crucial part in achieving Curana Health’s mission to improve the health, happiness, and dignity of our senior living residents. The Care Concierge will often have the single most interactions with our patients and their family members in the community. Patients should know their CCs on a first name basis and create a tremendous relationship with them. CCs perform various administrative duties that empower their care team to operate at the top of their license(s). The patient / family experience should be directly correlated with the strength and success of this role. We strive for exceptional care, experience, and communication.

Job Duties and Expectations

Facility Engagement

• Coordinate and attend facility and Curana Health educational / social events.
• Act as community liaison between key stakeholders (nursing, sales, wellness, and leadership)
• Be attentive to the needs of the facility and communicate back to the team.
