If you are a current CNA, Home Health Aid (HHA) or Caregiver and want to work as a Care Specialist- Lead Caregiver, this might be the job for you! This is for a WEEKEND and MONDAY POSITION ONLY, WHERE YOU WILL BE ON CALL.

Your role as Care Specialist will consist of training caregivers, assisting with drop in visits and filling in at various shifts. On Mondays you will report into the office if your not working in the field to help with misc. projects and help out the office team!

We are currently looking to fill this position for a Care Specialist-Lead caregiver

Experience Needed to Join our Team :

Minimum 5 years' caregiving experience

Must have VALID drivers license

Must be able to pass a criminal and Motor Vehicle background check.

Must have own reliable transportation and auto insurance in your name

Must be available every other weekend

Must be available within an hour of receiving the call from scheduler

Must be willing to drive within a 30 mile radius

Must be skilled and able to work with : ALL levels of care ranging from companionship, total care, and end of life care

Hoyer and Gait Belt Experience

Dementia and Parkinson's Experience

Must be willing and can demonstrate to work with both male and female clients

Must be willing to work in a home or facility

Must be willing to work with ALL pets

Team members assist clients with :

Daily Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)

Positive interactions to support clients and their families

Light housekeeping, meal preparation, mediations reminders, transportation
