- Ensure initial / ongoing orientation and direction is provided to staff regarding documentation, outcomes, service delivery and client needs.
- Provide oversight of staff to ensure effective operation of daily activities necessary for the program.
- Facilitate team meetings, approve timecards, recruit staff, and evaluate performance.
- Attend leadership meetings / trainings.
- Oversight of budgets.
- Market / promote services and have regular communication with stakeholders.
- Evaluate workflows and identify opportunities to develop performance for improvement.
- Oversee & assure compliance with regulatory agencies.
- Write, revise, and review policies and procedures.
- Track and document monthly outcome objectives.
- Complete intakes and assessments as needed.
- Mediate client and employee grievances.
- Demonstrates the UnityPoint Health Values and Standards of Behaviors as well as adheres to policies and procedures and safety guidelines.
- Demonstrates ability to meet business needs of department with regular, reliable attendance.
- Employee maintains current licenses and / or certifications required for the position.
- Practices and reflects knowledge of HIPAA and other federal / state regulatory agencies guiding our organization.
- Completes all annual education and competency requirements as required.
- Is knowledgeable of agency compliance requirements for federally funded healthcare programs (e.g. Medicare and Medicaid) regarding fraud, waste and abuse. Brings any questions or concerns regarding compliance to the immediate attention of the Corporate Compliance Committee. Takes appropriate action on concerns reported by program / department staff related to compliance.

Overview
To provide leadership, accountability, and oversight to the Navigation and Coordination programs. To ensure that an excellent environment is developed for the clients of the program. Ensure staff provide assistance and the resources necessary for clients to engage into the services they qualify for. The Manager will be responsible for ensuring the goals, deliverables and project requirements are met.

Education : Bachelor's Degree Required. Preferred in Human services or related field.
Experience : Three years with population served required. Five years supervisory experience required.
