This position will serve residents of San Benito County, applicants are required to use personal vehicles to perform crisis Services throughout San Benito County.

Who We Serve
Pacific Clinics serves children, transitional age youth, families, adults, and older adults. We offer a full range of mental and behavioral health services, foster care and social services, housing, continuing adult education and early childhood education programs to Medi-Cal eligible individuals and families throughout Alameda, Contra Costa, Fresno, Kings, Los Angeles, Madera, Orange, Placer, Riverside, Sacramento, San Bernardino, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Solano, Stanislaus, Stockton, Tulare and Ventura Counties.
JOB SUMMARY
Schedule : Saturday and Sunday am to am
Works within the vision, mission, and philosophy of the agency overseeing a program that provide / crisis response and stabilization services to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. Intervenes with crisis behaviors while developing the individuals strengths and interests. Responsible for linking to community resources. Does whatever it takes to meet the needs of the individual in a strength-based approach. Helps to create permanent connections for individual. May search, locate, and engage individuals' natural supports. Assists with transitioning individual to the lowest level of care needed. Works independently in the individuals' or youth's home and in a variety of community and / or treatment settings.
