Job descriptionDeliver follow-up care to ensure patients adhere to checkup schedules. Maintain a high standard of service, supporting long-term hearing health needs. Oversee daily office operations and supervise the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC). Step into PCC responsibilities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace. Execute accurate financial procedures, including cash management and software utilization. Track and report on referrals generated through marketing efforts. Current license to dispense hearing instruments in the applicable state or province (or willingness to obtain one). High school diploma or equivalent. 10% - 20% travel between clinics Previous experience in : Hearing instrument dispensing or fitting Sales or customer service Strong communication skills for presenting test results verbally and in writing. Professional appearance and demeanor. Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. Strong manual dexterity in both hands for precise work.
