Job description18.30 - 21 / hour with daily pay available (paid bi-weekly) We offer both Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Sick Time (PST) Certified as a Great Place to Work for three years running Superb continued training and development opportunities 401(k) with 4% match eligibility FAMLI Program Nationally recognized programs geared toward Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Opportunity to change lives and make a difference for seniors, veterans, and their families Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as grooming, dressing, and toileting Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients Communicate with clients' families to provide updates on their loved one's well-being Report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel Adhere to all company policies and procedures MUST have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. MUST show proof of insurance Ability to pass background check Previous experience in a caregiving or related role preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow a care plan Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed Monthly training to ensure high standards and best practices for our clients

Job Summary
Senior Helpers - Denver is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a part-time Personal Caregiver. For three consecutive years, we've been proudly recognized as a Great Place to Work , and we're looking for someone who shares our dedication to making a difference in the lives of seniors. As a Personal Caregiver, you'll provide essential non-medical assistance to seniors in their homes. Your role will involve helping with daily tasks and activities, ensuring our clients' safety, and promoting their independence while respecting their dignity. This part-time role offers flexibility with the potential for additional hours as needed. It's a wonderful opportunity to positively impact the lives of seniors and their families.
Current schedule is as follows :
- Wednesday 9am-1pm
- Friday 9am-1pm
