Job Description :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Special Needs Caregivers to provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities. As a Special Needs Caregiver, you will play a critical role in helping our clients lead independent and fulfilling lives by teaching, guiding, and providing emotional support.

Responsibilities :

• Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with goals for independent living as noted in their Individual Plan of Service (IPOS)
• Monitor emotional and behavioral health, offering companionship and emotional support.
• Assist in promoting social interaction and participation in daily activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of progress for clients.
