What Your Role Looks Like

As a caregiver, you’ll play a vital part in helping seniors stay safe, happy, and independent at home. Your daily tasks may include :

Personal Care Assistance

• Helping with bathing, grooming, and dressing to maintain dignity and hygiene.
• Providing safe mobility support, transfers, and fall prevention strategies.
• Offering toileting and incontinence care in a respectful manner.
• Assisting with meal preparation and dietary needs.
• Providing medication reminders to help maintain routines.

Household Help & Errands

Safety & Wellness Monitoring

What You Need to Get Started

We welcome caregivers from all backgrounds – whether you're experienced or new to the field. Requirements include :

Must be 18 years or older

High school diploma or equivalent

No professional experience needed – we provide training (3 hours of hands-on training in our mock-home Center of Excellence as well as 7 hours of virtual training on conditions such as Alzheimer's and dementia, + more)

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Pass background checks and drug screening

Strong communication skills and a caring heart
