- Provide personal care and support to clients in their daily activities
- Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation.
- Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.
- The ability to document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For :
- Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
- Empathetic, compassionate, and kind
- Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations
- Must be reliable, dependable, and on time is a MUST
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Can pass a background check and provide references
- Must have a valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
