You will work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and the Director of Operations to deliver high-quality repairs and installations across multi-family dwelling reconstruction projects. We take pride in using the best products and always strive to exceed expectations.Responsibilities include but are not limited to : -Arrive on-site and ready to work by 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM, with occasional overtime as job requirements demand.-Perform repairs and installations efficiently, cost-effectively, and with a high standard of quality.-Source and purchase materials needed for specific repairs and projects.-Document repairs and provide job status updates to supervisors through photo and written reports.-Monitor job site safety, security, and cleanliness daily.-Communicate with the Project Superintendent / Manager about any scope changes, issues, or emergencies.-Provide your own tools and reliable transportation.Required Skills and Experience : -5-7 years of hands-on experience in general construction, particularly in multi-family reconstruction.-Expertise in carpentry and a strong understanding of construction trades, safety standards, and best practices.-Proven experience with carpentry techniques, materials, and installation methods.-Proficiency with electrical and manual tools, including saws, hammers, and measurement tools.-Ability to read, interpret, and work from architectural and engineered drawings and other technical documents.-Good math skills for precise measurements and calculations.-Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.-Professional, approachable, and friendly demeanor with clients and colleagues.-Ability to adapt and multitask based on project needs, with excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.-Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.Qualifications-Minimum of 2 years of construction experience preferred, with at least 2 years in carpentry.-Valid driver's license required.-Must be able to commute to job sites throughout San Diego County, CA.Benefits : -Compensation-We provide a competitive compensation and benefits package to all employees.
