Responsibilities

• Construction and Repair : Construct, repair, and install wooden structures and fixtures, such as framing, flooring, cabinets, and trim.
• Reading Blueprints : Interpret blueprints, sketches, and building plans to accurately execute projects.
• Material Selection : Select and prepare materials, including wood, hardware, and other building materials.
• Tool Usage : Operate a variety of hand and power tools, such as saws, drills, hammers, and nail guns.
• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
• Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve construction problems and challenges.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently.
