Job Description : As a Cart Attendant at Jersey Meadow Golf Course, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Retrieving golf carts from the staging area and ensuring they are cleaned, stocked, and in proper working condition
- Assisting golfers with loading and unloading their bags onto the carts
- Directing the flow of cart traffic and ensuring adherence to course policies
- Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness of the cart staging area and driving range
- Providing exceptional customer service by greeting golfers, answering questions, and assisting with their needs
- Assisting with basic maintenance tasks around the facility as needed
- Upholding safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests
