Start Date : Monday April 7th, 2025
Insight Global seeking Service Coordinators to join our healthcare team in El Paso, TX! The ideal candidate will have experience in case management and a strong background in coordinating care for members. This role involves scheduling and conducting face-to-face and / or telephonic member assessments, coordinating care based on identified needs, and completing all required paperwork within state-specific turnaround times. This position is crucial for ensuring that members receive the appropriate care and support they need.
Must haves :
- Minimum of LVN License or undergraduate degree in Social Work (also open to RN's)
- 2+ Years of Experience in a Community Health setting
- Ability to travel in El Paso, TX area to visit members in their homes or other settings such as community centers and hospitals
- Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license & good driving record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Highschool Diploma or GED
