Support SVP with price and margin related activities Engage with Regional Managers, Regional Sales Mangers, VPs, and SVP to analyze, prioritize and execute on margin enhancing opportunities via pricing Drive insight creation, impact tracking and reporting of margins Support price change activities Manage at least two pricing coordinators Must be an influencer and capable of becoming the trusted advisor on margin enhancing price activity for the operating business Advanced level Microsoft Excel Strong business acumen Experience in the Building Products Industry Experience in Agility Software a plus 4 year college degree, MBA a plus

BUSINESS ACCOUNTABILITY : accountable for driving margin improvement across the broader Building Products portfolio
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTABILITY : Gross Margin % of net sales
TYPICAL DIRECT REPORTS : At least two
INTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS : Reports to Director of Pricing, indirect responsibility to Building Products regional leadership
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS : 2-3 days once or twice per month
WORK ENVIRONMENT : home office capable or office in branch location in region
