A company is looking for a Case Manager responsible for monitoring the service delivery process for timely Radiologist studies.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor the service delivery process to ensure timely reporting by Radiologists and assist with outreach to ordering physicians
Expedite cases through various systems and follow up on unread and stat cases
Escalate pending cases to management and monitor Radiologist workload for timely reporting
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or equivalent experience
Knowledge of Excel and Word
Must be highly motivated, productive, accurate, and analytical
Familiarity with medical terminology
