IBM Case Manager / BAW Developer
About the Role :
Are you an expert in IBM CP4BA, Case Manager, and Business Automation Workflow (BAW)? Do you thrive on solving complex automation challenges and building innovative solutions? We are seeking a skilled IBM CP4BA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and deploy automation solutions that drive business efficiency and success. This is expected to be a 7 month contract from 4-25 until 11-25.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Deployment & Integration Implement automation solutions and plugins on the IBM CP4BA 23.0.x platform.
Strategic Analysis Align Case / BAW solutions with business goals and architectural standards.
Collaborative Innovation Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Leadership Maintain high development standards, drive best practices, and mentor team members.
End-to-End Development Engage in the full software development lifecycle, from ideation to post-production support, following Agile methodology.
Core Development Build system integration components using J2EE, JMS, XML, web services , and more.
Problem Solving Identify challenges, propose solutions, and enhance existing automation frameworks.
What You Bring :
5+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Case Manager, IBM BPM / BAW solution development.
Expertise in responsive coaches, Client-Side Human Services (CSHS), app migrations, reusable services, and BAW toolkits .
Strong technical background in REST / SOAP web services, J2EE, JMS, XML, Dojo, FileNet APIs, IBM Content Navigator, and widget development / customization .
Exceptional analytical and organizational skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate complex solutions effectively.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
