Job Description :

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to social services, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and other service providers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Perform pre-anesthetic screenings, including physical evaluations and patient interviews, and document results.
- Develops, recommends, and implements standard operating instructions and practices pertaining to the administration and management of anesthetics that ensure client safety, confidentiality, and timely, ethical, and quality service.
- Select and prescribe post-anesthesia medications or treatments to patients.
- Administer post-anesthesia medications or fluids to support patients' cardiovascular systems.
- Evaluate patients' post-surgical or post-anesthesia responses, taking appropriate corrective actions or requesting consultation if complications occur.
- Monitors the effects of specific anesthesia, drugs, techniques, and patient reactions.
- Select, order, or administer pre-anesthetic medications, anesthetics, adjuvant drugs, accessory drugs, fluids, or blood products as necessary.
- Discharge patients from post-anesthesia care. Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with contract requirements
