Social Worker - Case Management in Spokane, WA Social Worker - Case Management
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker specializing in Case Management to join our healthcare team at a leading facility in Spokane, WA. This travel position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment at a 388-bed Level 3 Trauma Center. Job Details
Location : Spokane, WA
Duration : 13 weeks
Start Date : March 3, 2025
Shift : 8-hour days, Friday to Monday, 7 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Shifts per Week : 5
Estimated Weekly Salary : $2600 - $2790 Job Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care hospital setting
1 year of experience in hospice, home health, or working with the elderly
Required Certifications : MSW & LICSW or LSWAIC
Experience with EPIC EMR system
Skills in drug & alcohol screening (SBIRT), mental health evaluations (SAFE-T), capacity evaluations, behavior plans, and more Responsibilities
Conduct mental health evaluations and capacity assessments
Develop and implement behavior plans and discharge planning
Assist with telepsych evaluations and end-of-life conversations
Manage difficult placements and insurance authorizations
Provide coverage in various departments including Medical Surgical, ICU, Mother Baby, Labor and Delivery, and ER on weekends
