Job descriptionDraft and negotiate various agreements, including sub-advisory, prime brokerage, and NDAs. Maintain and update offering materials, regulatory filings, and corporate documents. Support the Board, committees, and firm departments with legal guidance. Implement and monitor compliance policies and procedures. Conduct periodic testing and updates to ensure regulatory alignment. The Role :
