• Cash Handling : Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently and accurately. Process payments through the POS system and provide accurate change to customers.
• Upselling and Promotions : Actively promote menu items, promotions, and special offers to enhance the guests' dining experience and increase sales.
• Order Verification : Ensure that all orders are correctly inputted into the POS system and cross-check them against customer receipts to avoid errors.
• Customer Interaction : Interact with customers in a friendly, polite, and courteous manner, providing attentive and prompt service throughout their ordering process.
• Cleanliness and Organization : Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including POS equipment and the surrounding area.
