What would I be doing?

Located just east of downtown Kansas City, Ameristar Casino Hotel Kansas City is a Midwestern entertainment hub that offers something for everyone. Ameristar has one of the largest casino floors in Missouri, amazing dining venues, a newly renovated luxury hotel, and more. Ameristar also offers convenient parking in a five-level, 2,660 space parking structure with an enclosed, climate-controlled walkway to the casino and entertainment center. Ameristar is seeking a Table Games Supervisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising dealers and games.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

Adhere to guest service standards.

Knowledge in all aspects of the game supervised.

Ensure utilization reports are accurately completed at designated time.

Ensure compliance of company and departmental policies and procedures, Missouri Gaming Regulations and Internal controls.

Ensure proper inventory of cheques on table games to enable payouts to be made quickly and accurately.

Train and mentor all team members to ensure standards are met.

Complete Player play evaluation sheet at a win or loss of $2,500.00.

Communicate all information regarding section to incoming Floor Supervisor.

Maintenance of equipment within section.

Ensure the integrity of games in assigned section.

Job Tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent team member and customer relations skills.

Ability to work any shift or hours.

Able to work in a fast paced work environment.

Experience as a Table Games Dealer.
