We seek an Executive Director to lead the Gallery of Spokane in Spokane, WA.
In this role, you will drive operational excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and achieve full occupancy, ensuring our residents experience the highest quality of life.
What You'll Do :
- Lead with Vision
Oversee all aspects of community management, upholding Stellar's standards and culture.
Utilize strategic marketing and exceptional service to attract and retain residents.
Create an environment of care, compassion, and excellence.
Manage finances, healthcare services, customer satisfaction, and compliance.
Connect with residents, families, and the greater Redmond community.
What You Bring :
A track record of rapidly achieving full occupancy and delivering results on time and within budget.
The ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
Deep knowledge of senior living operations, financial management, and resident care.
A Bachelor's degree (master's in business or healthcare administration preferred) and a Licensed Assisted Living Administrator certification.
