Job description
A company is looking for a Sr. Category Manager - External Talent (Contingent Workforce).
Key Responsibilities
Lead an enterprise-wide External Talent category with numerous suppliers for non-technical contingent workers and advisor engagements
Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy to drive financial value and ensure compliance
Build partnerships with business leaders and optimize supplier relationships while managing costs and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) preferred
7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, procurement, or consulting
Proven experience managing a large global contingent workforce program
Ability to assess complex problems and drive data-backed decisions
Experience in creating and interpreting analytical outputs, including Excel models and performance reports
