Job Summary

Join the Premium Catering team at Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and be part of an energetic, fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities to create exceptional dining experiences. As a Catering Cook, youll prepare high-quality meals for a variety of events, contributing to memorable moments for fans and guests.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices.
• Assist in cooking hot and cold foods according to Core signatures and recipes.
• Prepare items on production sheets following quantities, recipes, and portion control.
• Complete daily production worksheets, ensuring accurate waste logs and inventory.
• Operate and clean kitchen equipment, ensuring adherence to proper handling and safety procedures.
• Ensure food items are properly stored, labeled, and dated according to standards, following food safety guidelines.
• Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Completes prep duties, including washing dishes, taking inventory, and restocking supplies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, including sinks, counters, and cooking equipment.
• Follow established safety standards for food handling, cooking, and storage.
• Work with FOH team to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
• Assists with all event types including catering, department specific products, game day events.
• All other duties as assigned
