Collaborate with clients to craft customized barbecue menus and coordinate event logistics for both onsite and offsite events. Partner with store leadership and catering teams to ensure exceptional preparation and service. Provide hands-on support during events, ensuring every detail upholds Terry Black’s Barbecue standards. Oversee inventory management and ensure all catering equipment is maintained and ready for use. Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations. Mentor and guide the catering team to deliver outstanding customer experiences consistently. Track catering sales performance and provide actionable insights to leadership. Stay current with industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Must be available to work 40-50 hours per week, including weekends and holidays as needed. Be prepared for flexible hours to accommodate event schedules and client needs. Ability to travel to multiple sites. Experience : Proven track record in catering sales or high-volume event management, ideally within the barbecue or restaurant industry. Expertise in cultivating client relationships and negotiating contracts. Skills : Strong leadership and organizational abilities. Proficiency with Triple Seat or other CRM platforms for managing client relationships and event details. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
