Conduct site visits, client presentations, and community outreach. Collaborate closely with banquet operations to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain meticulous event details, providing comprehensive banquet event orders. A minimum of 3 years in catering sales, with proven success in similar-sized properties. Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Expertise in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with event management software (e.g., Delphi, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office. Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required. A detail-oriented professional with a passion for hospitality and event planning. Experienced in cultivating strong client relationships and closing sales. Adept at problem-solving and decision-making under pressure. Knowledgeable about the local market, trends, and competitor offerings.
